Purpose: This test will upload a HEIC image and attempt to process it using Intervention Image with the Imagick driver. It will check for HEIC support, attempt to read the image, scale it, and convert it to JPEG.
This will convert the HEIC file to JPEG in your browser before uploading, bypassing server-side HEIC processing issues.
